    This is a genuine prize draw competition and not a gambling activity.

    No purchase is required to enter, as a free postal entry route is available.
    Any optional contribution does not increase the chances of winning.
    This promotion is a prize draw and does not constitute gambling under applicable Czech law.
  

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the EasyWin Prize Draw. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
The competition is open worldwide unless stated otherwise.
All entries must be valid, complete, and submitted in accordance with these Terms.

3. Competition Period

The competition will remain open until all available entries are allocated. Once the maximum number of 400 entries has been received, the live draw will take place immediately. All valid entries have an equal and fair chance of winning.

4. Entry Methods

There are two ways to enter this prize draw:

Optional Online Contribution:
Participants may choose to make an optional monetary contribution via the official EasyWin Prize Draw website using the available online payment system. Making an optional contribution does not increase the chances of winning. Participants may submit multiple optional entries where permitted.

Free Postal Entry:
One free entry per person is available by sending a handwritten postal entry containing your full name, full postal address, email address, and the name of the competition to the promoter’s business address.

Free postal entries are treated equally to optional contribution entries, and all valid entries have an equal chance of winning.

    All valid entries, whether free or optional, are entered into the same draw and have the same chance of winning.

    The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Draw Method

The winner is selected at random using a publicly available randomisation tool (such as random.org) during a live draw.

6. Live Draw

The draw is conducted live on social media platforms such as TikTok or Facebook.
The date and time of the draw will be announced in advance.
A recording of the live draw will be retained as proof.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
If no response is received, a redraw may take place.

8. Prize

The prize for this competition is €500 (five hundred euros) in cash.
The prize will be paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or another mutually agreed method.
The prize is non-transferable.
No entry fee is required to participate. Free postal entry is always available as an alternative method of entry.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

The promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, payment processing issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect the competition.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the prize draw and contacting the winner, in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes or Cancellation

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances beyond control make it necessary to do so.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
